For this project, I designed several characters of a typeface and 3 Creative Market-style advertisements for the font. My main source of inspiration for this typeface was old Celtic calligraphy and Tolkein's fantasy lettering from the Lord of the Rings. I took these classic styles and modernized them some to make them more readable and applicable to today's culture. The name I decided upon was Enchanted Willow. This name nods to the fantasy-esque origin of the typeface while also hinting at it's more streamlined design.
