This project was meant to utilize our knowledge and skills of proximity and alignment to create an invitation for an event of our choosing. I chose to base my invitation on my future wedding invitation. The focus of the project was to utilize different fonts and achieve page organization. I chose a beige background color and went with a more minimalistic look. By doing this, my invitation stands out more than a white background color but does not take away from the text. I used many different alignments like center alignment and right alignment to give my invitation more depth. I also perpendicularly aligned the date and added bars to contain it. I enjoyed using my creativity on this project and designing something that I will use in the future.
