**Overview:**
We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer specializing in website and mobile app design to join our team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and user interfaces for websites and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure that design concepts are aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Graphic Design:** Create captivating graphics, icons, and illustrations for websites and mobile apps that enhance user experience and communicate brand identity effectively.
2. **UI/UX Design:** Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
3. **Wireframing and Prototyping:** Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate feedback and iteration.
4. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and objectives.
5. **Responsive Design:** Ensure designs are responsive and adapt well to various screen sizes and devices, maintaining consistency and usability across platforms.
6. **Brand Consistency:** Uphold brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines in all design deliverables to reinforce brand identity and recognition.
7. **Stay Updated:** Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, UI/UX design, and web/mobile development.
**Requirements:**
1. **Experience:** Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a focus on website and mobile app design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of relevant work.
2. **Proficiency in Design Tools:** Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
3. **UI/UX Knowledge:** Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX best practices, and design patterns for web and mobile platforms.
4. **Coding Skills:** Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous but not required.
5. **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
6. **Attention to Detail:** Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
7. **Creativity:** Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
