Perfecting The Visits

Within Infra Market, our sales team primarily focuses on identifying potential customers, onboarding them, fostering relationships, securing orders, collecting payments, and providing recommendations for business growth. 

In this context, it becomes crucial to assess whether our sales personnel are executing these responsibilities with dedication to yield optimal results. While output metrics such as sales revenue, EBIDTA, and DSO are easily measurable however presenting the tracking input metrics always a challenge. Visibility into these input metrics is essential for business leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their team members and strategically plan for their career advancements.
Solution Approach - 

We aim to develop a personal assistant in the Sales Navigator App that records visit data and offers necessary information and customer history during the visit.
The assistant could also help the Sales Officer by informing them about their scheduled follow-ups, including the agenda for each follow-up, and displaying their calendar for the next week. 

These are all the features we need to provide by using visit management. Whenever we record a visit, we need to be able to use that information to build a personal assistant system within the App.
 
Similar to having a physical assistant, providing meeting details to our digital assistant empowers the sales officer with the:
1. Timely Reminders
2. Follow-up Agendas
3. Scheduling follow-up meetings. 

This reduces manual effort and time wastage, while ensuring efficient planning and preventing missed follow-ups.
