Painted 2 years before the notorious Heygate Housing Estate decended into a paint fest due to the council not bothering to prosecute. Now a building site, soon to be upmarket flats as part of the Elephant & Castle regeneration project.
Got moved on by a security gaurd patroling the site with a dog. Hence why the
3-D was started (numeral 3) but unfinshed. Came back a few hours later to finsh the outline (I painted it back to front) and decided it looked better without 3-D anyway.
