Working on this project was a real adventure, because the idea was to design titles popular in Poland in the 1960s and 1970s, with covers that were well-known and recognizable at that time. The series of books was re-published by the Marpress publishing house from Gdańsk (Poland) on its 30th anniversary. The author Stanisław Goszczurny, who was popular in the 1960s, wrote many books, and one of the most famous was "Seagulls". The book has a sequel. Its reissue includes all three iconic volumes, packed in a special cardboard box. The assumption of the graphic design was to recall the first edition "Seagulls" and create a consistent design continuation for the rest of the volumes.
A small bonus for fans of the author and the publishing house was the opportunity to purchase terry cloth socks specially designed by me, produced in limited quantities by the publisher and the Hansa company.
