Waga Waga Den is a stylish, Japanese-inspired dessert cafe dedicated to reducing food waste by creating visually striking dishes from unique cuts of beef. I designed various collaterals including packaging, brochure, menu, and signage, infusing each with distinctive artworks. Furthermore, I offered art direction for photography, reflecting their modern yet laboratory-inspired identity system.
For the print collaterals, I especially developed distinctive key visuals to showcase unique beef cuts with an experimental flair, drawing inspiration from science magazines. For the photography, I collaborated closely with the photographer, meticulously planning mood boards to ensure each photograph captured the essence of Waga Waga Den.
As a result, Waga Waga Den gained popularity and became a beloved cafe in Singapore as soon as it opened, featured in various magazines such as 'Time Out' as a must-visit place.
