Branding and Log Design for a Real Estate Agency
IREST is a real estate agency and investment advisor in Dubai, targeting high-income clients.
90% of their clients came from the founder's networking, but online they were almost invisible. The main blocker for fixing that and jumping into SMM and digital activity was branding - a complete lack of a consistent visual look and outdated logo.
They came to Pixpowder for new, elevated branding and a solid visual foundation for digital marketing.
Stepping in, we crafted a new slick logo and opted for a typography-based design with a customized, unique font. For uniqueness, we kept away from the black and gold colors that are often overused in the premium real estate segment. Instead, the new IREST branding features a palette of rich sand, chocolate brown, and deep green that translates the premium vibe of the company but stands out from competitors.
