During my graduation show I was bored of sitting around and so I found a random peice of paper, sat in a corner and started drawing. I have to say this is probably the strangest and most detailed illustration I have created to date. The paper I used was very low quality and you can see the text through the paper which really makes the sketch look ancient and unqiue. It's a shame my digital scans won't capture the same effects.
