Members of Manibela and Piston organized a protest caravan against the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP) on January 16.

The mobilization started from University Avenue in UP Diliman, heading to Welcome Rotonda, however, police officers blocked the protestors along España Boulevard, stopping them from reaching Mendiola.
