Revamping Charity Event Website.

Introduction: 

He shared some reference websites for charity events. Redesign the whole website on the basis of those references & upgrade the design to a better one. Website should have 5 main pages.

Our Plan and Strategy:

After collecting all the information from clients, we created a project plan for website revamping. This website was supposed to be completed within 20 days. So we decided to create a mockup for all pages.

Graphic team & Web designing team was working on this project simultaneously. The Graphics team was completing the mockup, on the other hand designers were working on implementing HTML/CSS whatever required on Wix. We followed Agile methodology in this project.

Once the Web designer completes the design, the Developer took over the pages & worked on functionality. Team completed all pages one by one within 14 days.

1.Development: We developed this website within 14 days as it was on Wix. We added all the HTML/CSS, jquery & added forms/chat-bots on the pages

2.Quality analysis: As we were done with development & designing we handed over the project to QA team & team put all their efforts to complete the testing within 2 days. They found some bugs related to functionality & design so the team spent some time on fixing those bugs. We managed to deliver the site on the 17th day.

Objectives: 

The client asked to create sketch of their team members & those sketch should be added on the website. So the graphic team spent 1 day on creating sketch. Added those sketch on “Our team” section. This way we delivered the website on the 20th day completely.

Conclusion: 

We delivered this project to our client within the timeline & according to his expectations. He was very happy with the work.
