Periodic Table of Elements

This is a collection of icons i created from real objects and photos as reference to visually identify in which objects we can find portions of the different elements of the Periodic Table, i tried to make it as accurate as i could in terms of the actual presence of the element in the object. These were created to be used as flashcards in a bigger project.

I have to say the images are the result of my own research, my sources were different web sites and articles on the internet so it may not be 100% accurate.

I have to admit it was a little scary to find out that some dangerous elements were used in daily life objects / materials in the past. Gives me some peace that most of the harmful elements are just used for research and under controlled situations and circumstances in the present.

Anyway i loved all the background research behind this project, and also happy my work can help for educational purposes!
