Set Design for unINTENDEND CONSEQUENCES dance

Scenography for the dance performance "unINTENDEND CONSEQUENCES"
in the directorial by Sjoerd Vreugdenhil, presented at the Arts and Business
Center "Stary Browar" in Poznań as part of the Malta Festival 2014.

The project was created in a team of 5 students from the School of Form.
Inspiration - Japan's aesthetics and culture, and in particular kirigami art -
has been proposed by the choreographer. The set has become the basis
for work over choreography and light.

The material which we decided to work with was paper. We created folded
constructions and spatial structures of objects that were supposed to be mobile
and dynamic. The resulting structure was created to be moved by dancers
in the course performance, changing its form.

Work in progress - folding model, step I, II, III...
