【芝味祭 — 神遊山海川】是結合三芝在地食材、人文與自然生態的一系列觀光與祭典活動。讓參與者深入三芝的在地風土。「山」、「海」、「川」各發展了一款主視覺，大道公巨人般的身軀融入三芝的山海川地景，像個強大而超然的存在，守護著三芝這片土地。而延伸至畫面深處的線條，則像是在邀請觀眾前往探索這片土地。

【 2023 Sanzhi Festival 】 Key Visual

2023 "Sanzhi Festival - Journey Through Mountains, Seas, and Rivers" is a series of tourism and festival activities that combine the local ingredients, culture, and natural ecology of Sanzhi. It allows participants to immerse themselves in the local culture of Sanzhi.

"Mountains," "Seas," and "Rivers" have each developed a key visual. The Emperor Baosheng's giant-like figure blends into the landscape of Sanzhi, like a powerful and transcendent presence, guarding the land of Sanzhi. The flow extending into the landscape seem to invite the viewer to explore the land.

九庄大道公角色設計

三芝地區有個特別的文化資產 — 九庄大道公，這位「有神無廟」的神明，九庄輪祀而不蓋廟，也因此凝聚了九個庄居民的向心力。

而大道公作為此活動的形象代表以及引導觀眾的角色，我嘗試結合宗教與自然元素，設計了各種形象，有的化身涼傘，走訪庇蔭九庄，有的像是隱身在山海川中的神秘小人，有的像個里長伯，融入當地生活。最終演化出現在這個「強大神秘又親切樸實」的形象。

Character Design of Emperor Baosheng

The special culture of the Sanzhi area: Jiuzhuang Dadaogong, that is, nine villages take turns dedicating themselves to the worship of Emperor Baosheng, who do not belongs to any temples, these culture united the residents of these nine villages.

As the representative image and guiding role of this event, I endeavored to blend religious and natural elements in designing various incarnations of the Emperor Baosheng. Some take the form of god's umbrellas, traversing and sheltering the nine villages, while others resemble mysterious spirit hidden amidst Sanzhi area. There are also those who appear as village elders, seamlessly integrating into local life. Ultimately, these designs coalesce into the image of a figure that is both powerful and mysterious yet approachable and down-to-earth.

三芝保留了當地原本的自然與生活風貌，沒有被刻意造化。迷人的田野生活與獨特的信仰風俗，都展現了三芝這塊土地的風采。當地鮮為人知的三十個秘境景點，分成了山、海、川三條路線，讓參與者可以體驗三芝的不同風光。

在繪畫的過程中，我想像著畫面裡發生的故事，可能是登山客正在三板橋泡腳喝茶，可能是阿罵正在洗衫窟賣力的洗刷著孫子的衣服，可能是孩子們下課後在八連溪撈魚戲水。用插畫將各式各樣的人物融入真實場景，讓畫面增添了一點趣味。我很享受這個發想和繪製的過程，就像在編排一齣齣居民們的日常片段。

【 2023 Sanzhi Festival 】Illustrations of secret attractions

Sanzhi preserves the natural and lifestyle aspects of the locality without artificial alteration. The captivating rural life and unique belief cultural showcase the charm of the Sanzhi land. Thirty lesser-known hidden gem attractions are divided into three routes: mountains, seas, and rivers, allowing participants to experience the diverse scenery of Sanzhi.

During the illustration process, I envisioned stories unfolding within the scenes. Perhaps hikers are enjoying tea by the Sanbanqiao Bridge, maybe a grandmother diligently washes her grandson's clothes at the traditional public laundry, or children playfully fish and splash in the Balian River after school.

Incorporating various characters into authentic settings through illustrations adds a touch of amusement to the visuals. I thoroughly enjoyed the conception and creation process, akin to choreographing everyday scenes of the residents' lives.
