Repositioning Inline International

The Challenge
Inline Marketing was a successful established business and the #1 supplier of print & distribution services to the education industry worldwide. They selected us to reposition them both as a fulfillment partner for eCommerce clients whilst retaining their existing core business within the educational sector. Their new proposition was supported by their integrated smart online ordering system, MyInline, a service designed to make online retail (e-tail) of products, in any category, more efficient and effective. Our task was to take the brand into an exciting future direction reaching out towards a whole new audience.

Our Solution
Following the completion of a competitor market audit and team brand repositioning workshop we defined a new brand strategy with creative and communication briefs. We then created a digital first brand identity to work across all platforms and a brand messaging system to highlight the customer benefits in a challenging and changing world.

Deliverables included brand guidelines, signage, exhibition and event collateral and a website which ensured that all areas of their proposition were accessible to clients in both the educational and eCommerce sectors.
