The Plumage pattern collection consists of two patterns. In the illustrations, I highlight the secondary pattern, while the main pattern, characterized by a diamond-shaped composition with birds, is used in the figure illustrations more as an abstract, focusing on floral elements and shapes.
In my work, I ensure that my patterns can stand alone and be applied to various surfaces. I enjoy exploring pattern design within my illustrations, whether on figures, portraits, or objects. This approach adds a fun and creative dimension that extends beyond the typical mock-up. The intersection of my love for both pattern and illustrating portraits creates a marriage that showcases my distinctive style.
