our project «fourth month of summer» 

 

"Memories and Notes'': A Journey Back to Childhood // At this stage of life, we are unafraid of wild ideas and odd questions, embracing everything new with open arms. As we fondly reminisce about our own childhood memories, we rediscover the games we played and the shapes on the asphalt that each of us responded to. 

Our mission is to demonstrate how design can engage with various forms of art and our society as a whole. The “Notes” armchair draws its inspiration from the chalk drawings on pavements. The thread pattern on the chair is our interpretation of these childhood drawings and memories. Our project isn't about conforming to the classics or creating precise images; it's about reliving those warm moments against a backdrop of vibrant patterns.

Our project is a fusion of various design disciplines, showcasing how they intersect and communicate with society through furniture and textiles. This collaboration was born from our fascination with the craft of handmade carpets and textiles as a means of connecting with people. We discovered a perfect synergy with the brand VÉSMO, which specializes in collage technique prints.
