A natural skin care brand, Spice Therapy needed help to redesign their website in order to make the navigation experience simplified for its users.
The Client
Spice Therapy was born with a simple vision of bringing India’s ancient wisdom of beauty and wellness together with nature’s ingredients to create an assortment of truly natural products. Their aim is to create products based on ancient knowledge with the potential to change the world and how we look at basic consumables to make one healthy
The Goal
Spice Therapy needed a website that would improve their online brand equity, create a user-friendly and easily filterable/searchable product catalog section, improve overall site architecture and navigation to enable easier browsing and a more friction-less experience to ensure maximum value to the user.

In order to achieve this objective, Spice Therapy reached out to us to completely redesign their website to harness the culture of Indian Ayurveda through design and generate a constant, uncluttered and seamless navigation flow throughout the users journey.
The Solution
Spice Therapy wanted to simplify a users purchasing journey. In order to achieve this goal, we first redesigned the homepage to build on how the website should look and feel to appeal to its users.

We then began reviewing existing user journey data to understand how users explored the site to identify pain-points in navigation and ecommerce flow. Based on our findings, we restructured the exiting navigation flow and simplified product categorization to create a faster user purchase journey.
