IRIS SCIENTIFIC VISUALIZATION IN HOUDINI
This project is a collaboration with Dott. Giorgio Luciano and the aim was to create in Houdini an entirely procedural generator for representing the eye iris in the most accurate way possible.
Encapsulated in an HDA, the pictures are rendered directly in Karma / Solaris.

You can set the number of Crypts per quadrant.
The HDA gives you the possibility to add Furrows and select the range
You can add Pigments spots per quadrant
You can generate Wolfflin Nodules
The HDA can generate several elements for further shading and rendering options
The renders are done in USD Karma Solaris
