This is one of the most ambitious projects in Tulum in the Real State sector. As COO I was the link between Pininfarina and the developers to achieve the desired results and maximize the efficiency. 

Pininfarina designed the overall project, but I had to adjust certain aspects of the urbanization of lots and create house prototypes and certain amenities that matched the luxurious style and helped maximize the profit for the partners. 

Modeled in Rhino 3d and Sketchup / Rendered in Vray and Corona
