I decided to create a scene that is a Paradox, so I used contrasting elements to pIcture harmony and peace in an unlikely environment. It took some time to get what I wanted but the realism is what I really needed.

Start_ This is the image I began with.

 

Used High Pass filter combined with the  Noise filter, a copy layer I desaurated and blendmodes to give a "PINCH" to the image +

Details_ The sand blast is an image _ used the mask tool to remove the unwanted area, but i most say the DISSOLVE blend-mode nailed it as it gave the SAND PARTICLE EFFECT. Thanks to Photoshop for their genius thinking.

Details_Naturally the polar bear has tints of blue on their fur cause of the habitat they live in_ had to make it brown to give the effect that it's in a desert environment.
