As part of a workshop during my master's degree in art direction at Lisaa, I designed a brand new theme song for the Gotham series. The aim was to create something completely different from the existing one.
Rather than focusing on the city's iconic characters (Batman, Joker...), we concentrated on the city itself: the place where violence and insecurity are omnipresent. With this black-and-white scheme, we illustrate the darkness that takes precedence over the good.
Each shot is designed so that, thanks to the play of light, you can read a letter that makes up the word Gotham.
