A tribute to the farmer-direct tea from Kenya JusTea

A tribute to the first and only farmer-direct tea from Kenya JusTea

In collaboration with JusTea, the pioneers of farmer-direct tea from Kenya, I embarked on a visual journey that beautifully encapsulates the essence of their exquisite tea offerings. With a commitment to authenticity and sustainability, JusTea's direct partnership with Kenyan tea farmers sets them apart in the world of tea which makes my work with them so much more meaningful and impactful.

My goal was to capture not just the products and beautiful packaging, but the entire story woven into each tea leaf through color and ingredients.
The project unfolded through a tapestry of meticulously styled compositions that celebrate the vibrant colors and rich textures of JusTea's teas. Each photograph was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique characteristics of the tea variants, from the robust hues of Earl Grey to the delicate nuances of Purple Rain and a new delicious Pumpkin Spice blend.
Beyond showcasing the teas, my imagery delved into the heart of JusTea's mission – supporting sustainable livelihoods for Kenyan tea farmers and preserving age-old craftsmanship. By highlighting the farmers on the back of each packaging that nurture the leaves and the landscapes that cradle them, I aimed to amplify the profound impact of every purchase.
This project isn't just about product photography; it's about encapsulating the essence of a movement and a dance of color. It's about inviting tea enthusiasts to embark on a sensory voyage, immersing themselves in the flavors, stories, hues and traditions that make JusTea a remarkable conduit between cultures.

I invite you to explore my visual narrative – a tribute to the first and only farmer-direct tea from Kenya. With each image, they raise a cup to the artisans, the landscapes, and the timeless traditions that infuse every leaf with meaning.
