The Timex Billboard Reimagined
In August 2022, Timex launched a collaboration with clothing company Adsum to promote a new watch. The marketing campaign included a billboard that went viral among the advertising community. The experts couldn't decide: was the ad good or not? In the end, most concluded it was clever enough but could have been better executed. I, myself, found the copy somewhat clunky and the design less than ideal for reading at highway speeds. So I gave it a makeover.

The exercise was so much fun that I created some additional spec boards to promote other Timex watches. One highlights the pros of analog watches for a female audience. The others tread different paths entirely. My goal: get readers to say, "OOH!"
