I'm excited to introduce my new series, "Sunday Siestas." During my time in Germany, I discovered the concept of the "Ruhetag" or quiet day. Although it was an adjustment from my experiences in Argentina, I came to appreciate the beauty of having a day dedicated to relaxation and reflection.

This idea also resonated with the siesta culture in Argentina, where it's more than just a nap – it's a cherished moment of tranquility in the midst of the day. This fusion of concepts led me to create the "Sunday Siestas" series, a celebration of taking time for ourselves and embracing peaceful moments.

I've embarked on this personal project, painting a new "Lazy Sunday" illustration each week. These pieces encapsulate the essence of unwinding and finding joy in simplicity. Plus, you'll soon have the chance to own your own copy from my website.
