QUEEN of the AFRICAN SAVANNA
A creative project curated and designed by me.
This piece is part of my pursuit to create more wearable and sustainable art.
The hat is made of recycled cardboard, leftover fabric and up to 100 beaded strings (47 inches each) which I single handedly threaded for 60+ hours. The white designs on the body suit are beads I embroidered to imitate the human skeleton in a fun way.
The grassland, body art and colour pallet are meant to give the African Savanna feel.
