WEMBYMANIA IN VEGAS
SUMMARY
In the moment of upcoming of NBA Summer League 2023 in Las Vegas, I tried to make personal project that surrounding around the newest NBA phenom, Victor Wembanyama, who drafted by San Antonio Spurs. I tried to make a combination of illustration and motion with the concept of the French himself, Las Vegas, Spur metal, and Cowboy boots
CONCEPT AND IDEAS
As it's written in summary, the concept of the illustration and motion is surrounding around Wembanyama, Las Vegas, Spur metal, and Cowboy Boots. So the element that put into illustration is such as:
- Las Vegas Welcome Sign (Las Vegas iconic landmark)
- Las Vegas Desert
- Spur Metal and Cowboy Boots (As it's appear in Spurs logo)
In this concept the pose and perspective purpose is to show more the spur metal and the boots to make it more visible.

With this project hopefully I can learn and be better not only in technique of making illustration and animation, but I can make and mix few concepts that related in sport events, identity of athletes and the club itself so it show an interest point of view and concept.
