Mapping Price Trends for Kolkata's Apartments - 2023
Brief
Out of the seven major cities in India, 70% of Kolkata's recorded properties fall between the mid-segment category catering to a ticket size of 40 to 80 lakhs (Anarock). The study focuses specifically on the apartment typology and creates a visual guide to map the city's real estate market. 
Process
After acquiring and cleaning raw data from apartment listings, the data points were geocoded and visualized on ArcGIS Pro. The focus of the data was on per square footage pricing, allowing for spatial analysis and visualization of apartment prices across the entire city.
