WARM MUSIC monitors radio stations around the world and tracks airplay of your songs in real time, giving you valuable insight to help you take your music career to the next level. With WARM, you can get an in-depth view of your fan base and discover emerging markets.

WORKFLOW

Our task was to make a big redesign of the service itself, make a design system, as well as UX improvements throughout the project. A lot of work was done to improve everything from registration to business logic, payment and checkout.

DESIGN SYSTEM

We created a design system for our service after a thorough iterative process. We analysed the service and its users, studied the functionality and the target audience. We also researched competitors and industry best practice. From this data we developed a consistent visual identity, including colour palette, typography and design elements. We created a library of components and templates, as well as documentation to ensure consistency and effective use of the design system.

UX RESEARCHING

In order to better understand our users, we conducted UX research. As part of the research process, we defined objectives and selected suitable research methods, such as interviews and observation. Study participants were carefully selected to reflect our target audience. We conducted research sessions and observed users interacting with the prototypes and interface. These studies helped us to better tailor the service to users' needs and improve their user experience.

UI DESIGN

We worked on the UI for the WARM service using a systematic approach. Working on the UI vs. starting with prototyping, then going through several design iterations and testing to make sure our UI design was usable and aesthetically pleasing.
