The Project
This is a project done for Rotoplas, a global company that does all things with water and purification of it. Since they have a large variety of products, they needed an app to give to their employees for them to better familiarize themselves with what the company has to offer.

This project had four parts:

1. A Virtual Reality tour of the warehouses of any location (which I cannot reproduce here)

2. An Augmented Reality app that would place a 3D rendering of a product in any space.

3. A Quizz for the services the company provides

4. A Quizz for the products the company has to offer
The Start
Start: We started with a design brief, as we were talking about this project, I sketched out some ideas. I find it useful to work this way, since we can tackle problems since the very start. Huge time saver.
Look and Feel
Once we had an inicial Wireframe, that looked very similar to the sketch, I went ahead and designed a Look and Feel to be approved by the client. Respect for the brand colors and illustration style was paramount. Which is why we had come details like some incomplete lines in the iconography and the strict blues color scheme. The yellow was added for balance.
Augmented Reality App
The AR part of the app makes use of an outside convention, using libraries for the Graphic Engine Unity, we could use a very quick onboarding based on images, and very quick vocabulary.
Quizzes
Graphic Translations
As stated earlier, some of the icons had to be adapted to fit the voice of the brand. Also, what they wanted to display was a graphic diagram that was adapted to the design of a phone screen.
There was this presentation that is very important for the company that employees know front and backwards. The evident visual problem of this version is that it would be too cumberson to place into a portrait aspect ratio (common in cellphones and used on this app). So we had to modify it a little:
At the end, we ended up with an app that is visually pleasing, with a look and feel that is consistent with the brand itself and with some quizzes that don't feel to cumbersome or boring.

if you wish to talk more about this project, perhaps see the Atlas or the Prototype, do reach out!

Thank you so much!
