I often have the experience that a chance smell can take me back to a scene from long ago. POLAGRANCE is a product suite that uses scent to store and recreate emotional memories. While we are usually looking for scents with memories, this project aims to create unique scents to store good memories from the very beginning.
我经常有这样的经历：偶然闻到的味道能把我的记忆带回到很久之前的某个场景中。POLAGRANCE 是一个利用气味储存和再现情感记忆的产品套组。我们通常在寻找带有回忆的气味，而这个项目旨在从最开始，就创造独一无二的气味来储存美好的记忆。
What scenarios can olfactory memory be used in?
Olfactory memory can be applied to pleasant scenes that make people want to commemorate, such as anniversaries, trips, moments with friends, etc. This time, I chose Travel as the theme.
嗅觉记忆可以应用在纪念日、和朋友相聚的时刻、旅行等等让人想要纪念的愉快的场景中，我选择了旅行作为这次的主题。
Polaroid photos can be a great carrier
The process and emotional experience of using a Polaroid are very similar to the journey of a scent, so the Polaroid is well suited as the carrier for the scent experience.
Therefore, I think it would be "a Polaroid paper that preserves and reproduces memories through scent".
拍立得的使用流程和情感体验与气味的旅程很相似，所以拍立得很适合作为气味体验的载体。
因此,这应该是“一个能通过气味来保存和再现记忆的拍立得相纸”。
Elements of fragrance to mix
The photo paper is categorized by country, and each country has several exclusive scents, using colours to mark the scents. The words available for each scent have been selected from a list of must-see experiences for that visitor to the country, compiled on the internet.
相纸以国家分类，每个国家对应几种专属的气味,使用颜色来标记气味。每种气味对应的可供选择的词是根据网络上整理的该游客去国家必体验的项目清单挑选的。
Why blending?
New scents come from blending. Complex blends are more inclined to evoke the perception of new scents. In order to make the use of the scent as new as possible, I chose to use 6 different scents mixed in combination with each other.
复杂的混合物更倾向于唤起对新气味的感知。为了让使用时，尽可能地产生全新的气味，我选择使用6种不同的气味互相组合混合。
Depending on the mood at the time of use, the keyword of activation is selected and the fragrance is emitted at different locations on the paper, blending into one unique fragrance. The duration of the fragrance is 2 hours.
根据使用时的心情，选择激活的关键词，香味在纸上不同的位置散发出来，混合成独特的气味。留香时间2小时。
A small, single-use diffuser. Choose capsules according to the colour on the back of the photo paper and squeeze them onto the diffuser stone in sequence. The fragrance can last up to 3 days.
一个一次性使用的小型扩香器。根据相纸背后的颜色选择胶囊，依次挤到扩香石上。香味可持续3天。
