Milano Design District is the new epicentre of Italian Design: where everything happens and where brands come together. A place that reunites the best brands of high-quality Italian Design and that promotes the urban lifestyle of the city of Milan. Having Via Durini as the main street and starting point of the whole idea, the new visual identity aims to translate the District’s desire for expansion and openness. Milano Design District wants
to create space for Design and become the main Design District of Milan. Playing with the idea of space and extension, the logo adapts to all supports, formats and communication purposes in a dynamic way, working as a flexible, variable and bold visual solution that reflects the new standing point of the brand. 

Being the brand’s new statement “Space for Design”, the branding proposal and the way it’s explored intends to create awareness of the role of Design as a significant part of the identity and History of the city of Milan and at the same time to promote contemporary business solutions, independent flagships and concept stores.
