Overview: Petalo is a business that sells unique flower bouquets combined with pieces of art by artists, offering its customers a one-of-a-kind gift-giving experience. However, their current website has several usability issues, making it difficult for users to browse and purchase products. This UX case will outline the steps taken to improve Petalo's website user experience.

Goal: The goal of this project is to create a user-centered website that is easy to navigate, showcases the unique products Petalo offers, and encourages customers to make purchases.

Research: To begin, a review of Petalo's current website was conducted to identify areas that needed improvement. The review identified the following usability issues:

Unclear navigation: The website lacked clear labels and organization, making it difficult for users to find what they were looking for.

Poor product display: The product images were small and didn't show enough detail, making it hard for users to appreciate the unique bouquets and artwork.

Lack of product information: There was minimal information about each product, making it hard for users to understand the value of the products.

Complicated checkout process: The checkout process was long and complex, which could deter users from completing their purchase.

Design: The design phase involved creating a new website that addressed the identified usability issues while staying true to Petalo's brand identity. The new design included the following features:
