Karaseena is a brand inspired by the compromised chairs in Cairo streets. The brand focuses on the amateur designers and amateur designs in Cairo streets and one of these designs are the compromised chairs. I see them as designs done by brilliant designers like the doormen, the vendors and the shop keepers in the streets. Here is our brand story: You may see it a piece of wood, useless thing , a broken chair. For us, we see a design based on need, function and true availability, we see a storyteller that tells the story of its owner, we see sustainability, a masterpiece, a lasting experience and a lifetime. For them, they see it their home, their friend, their guard and their story.
