VeloTrail is a fictional brand of products for urban biking - it's for bikers that are not looking for a wild ride up in a mountain, but instead, take the activity as a mean of transportation, or simply as a fun and easy exercise in parks and city trails.
The tone of the brand is light and friendly, matched by the bright colors and fun icons and textures that compose its visual identity.
Main colors are a triad of vibrant orange, green and blue - secondary colors are lighter versions of the main shades.
The logo has variations of the wordmark by itself, or in 2 options of a circle outlined by a bike chain. Icons that can be used in secondary branding or to compose a texture, are available in all three colors, with different shades; represent a steering bell, a bicycle basket and the front view of a bike.
An elegant plaid texture composes the secondary branding, with the possibility of being used in clothing, backgrounds and details of pieces of print and advertising. For a whimsical tone, there is a secondary texture, made out of the bell icon.
