REBRANDING & SUSTAINABLE Packaging Design
Giada Tamborrino Studio was tasked with revamping the look and feel of the Vancouver-based natural beauty brand Okoko Cosmetiques.
We worked together with the Okoko team to conceive an eco-conscious and elevated brand identity and packaging redesign, making it more sustainable, from the bottles and jars to the outer packaging.
We removed the labels, printing directly on the containers, to reduce raw materials consumption and improve the bottles' recyclability.
As for the boxes, we chose a 100% post-consumer waste material that can be easily recycled, and we embellished it with embossing to add an extra dimension to the packaging and stimulate the sense of touch.
Additionally, we reduced the amount of foil involved while keeping the luxury, classy vibe, for a memorable, elevated unboxing experience.
