Location Homes is a boutique New Zealand home builder who needed to refresh their brand to reflect the personality and mission of its new owners. They wanted something timeless and elegant that reflects their ethos of creating 'Affordable Luxury'.
Using Hoefler & Co's superb Sentinel as a basis, the branding process flowed from there to cover the logo, stationery, brochures, website, signage and franchisee material amongst other things.
