Helping more Australians in more ways than ever before
Evolving their modes of support from an altruistic helpline to a national multi-channel service, Lifeline have successfully met the growing need for their crisis support. In recognition of this achievement, the 2022 Annual Report cover depicts three help-seekers from different walks of life, all connecting to Lifeline through different channels of support ā call, chat and text.

Shadow and light was the guiding theme, a metaphor for the hope and connection Lifeline offers Australians in their darkest times. The distinctive new illustration style incorporated hand-drawn textures to capture human emotion. This technique allowed us to celebrate success stories and commemorate those lost during a difficult year.
A new service for First Nation Australians
