That's an isometric house created for an online course at Alura. During the course I create a house for Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother.
It's designed with a mobile isometric game in mind and as a base image for kickstarting the project.

And that was the sketch. On the final, painted version, there are many details and props added in order to show how to create a house with personality, thinking about someone who lives there.
