Mr Filbert’s product was good, but it needed to change it’s focus towards the mainstream consumer a little more. Test groups showed that terms such as ‘inventive snacks’ was a little alienating, and it was better to package them as an ‘interesting snack’. We worked hard on the copy, working closely with consumers, and have won an award in the FoodBev awards for best redesigned food product.
