Cultuurfonds Almere is a Dutch organisation that focusses on helping individuals within the culture sector of Almere. This does not only entail the financial aspects but also guiding, facilitating and connecting you to the right people. Together with creatives all around the city they aim to make Almere into the cultural heart of The Netherlands.
The main challenges for this project were to automate their processes, guide new users through these automated processes whilst maintaining a personal approach in which our client and the user are able to closely communicate with each other.
After submitting the first request, each user gets access to their own personal environment within the website. Here they can keep an eye on the status, upload files and communicate with our client.
This advanced system combined with a frontend that utilises Articles, Cityparts, Activities, FAQs and more, makes for a perfect online culture hub for people from Almere and people that plan to visit.
