This year, instead of using an existing free typeface, I decided to create my own. The letterforms of this custom font are partially based on Bagnard. I wanted something slighly quirky and “indie”, and this is what I got. I'm satisfied with the result.
The colors are again purple-based, because purple is my favorite color. This time, I wanted a softer mesh gradient, so I went for less contrast. The dark version has a brightness filter, so it stands out more against the background.
