At IbarraCacho we believe in colaboration.
One of our initiatives, desigNation+52 is a project to launch Mexican design to the world. To do so, we created a limited edition of a collection of 25 postcards showcasing the work of Mexican designers of different kinds of backgrounds and styles.
From July 2013 to January 2014, we toured several countries, promoting Mexican design in the United States, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Germany and Spain, as well as in Mexico by taking this collection of postcards with us, sharing it and bonding with people.
On a daily basis, we post a picture taken in one of these amazing locations featuring a postcard. We share it on Instagram, Facebook and a Blog.
When all pictures are posted, we will start an intinerant interactive exposition/installation, starting in the city of Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. Join the Nation and dN+52 might bring its exposition and postcards somewhere near to you!
In this first edition, the dN+52 collection gathers the work of a variety of important players in today's Mexico's design context. It ranges from established firms and well-known names to new promises and even a University. As shown below:

In IbarraCacho we love to collaborate, desigNation+52 is the first postcard collection of Mexican product and industrial design that tours the world, showing and sharing its value in the international scene.
