GrabCAD.com's community organized a virtual Star Wars inspired Pod Race, each participant designed its own Pod Racer to compete. As a kid, I dreamed of piloting one of the fastest and fiercest vehicles in the galaxy and visiting all the different planetary systems, side to side with legends such as Sebulba and Neva Kee on the Racing Championship Tour. With my Pod Racer, the Executioner, I was able to do so ;)

The Boonta Eve Classic is a dream circuit to race in, the Executioner's streamlined and lightweight design offer an advantage in small corridors where it is hard to maneuver.
I decided to make the Execution light and powerful. It does not have a big body build, but it certainly has great response to turning and braking. Its features an aggressive yet slim look, with lines that communicate movement and speed.
