From July to December 2013, the Up with People Global Education Program toured 18 cities in 4 countries with a cast of more than 100 young people from 20 different countries.
As a member of Cast B 2013, I wanted to represent graphically the essence and identity of each stop with an icon that revived all the great memories me and my cast mates lived through this experience.
Above, the original UWP Voices logo and music Album cover. The mosaic made of the icon tiles is inspired in the UWP show "Voices", which we performed during our tour.
The idea came to me while still on tour, as I liked the challenge of representing a whole week full of new experiences, places, people, food and learning in a few strokes - an arrangement of lines that awakened all these memories in an instant.

On a personal trip after UWP was over I traveled through Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
