A simple 3-light setup was used to get the final shots. Two lights without diffusion from back, one on each side to create specular highlights on both edges of the subject and one light diffused through softbox from the top to light up the whole subject. White cards placed below the subject reflected the light from the top to the lighten up the shadows on the bottom of subject.
