This Diwali themed series centers around the celebration of the return of the Goddess Sita, Celebration of Lord Krishna through representations of Sita and Yasodha depicted by the artist Raja Ravi Varma. The art is juxtaposed with the grandeur of the South Indian Saree. Women in South India wear a new Saree during Diwali, to welcome new beginnings and invite the Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth and prosperity.
