Shopee Product Design Challenge 
Group Entry | 2022


Problem Definition
Users are not turning to Shopee Mall because of the lack of awareness and competitive prices offered by non-Shopee Mall merchants.

Solution 
Leveraging on Shopee’s Brand Membership and utilising its vouchers to direct and engage users to Shopee Mall for better offers and benefits. 

We view Shopee’s Brand Membership as a gateway and stepping stone for users to shop more on Shopee Mall because of its exclusive member vouchers that will stretch the user’s dollar a step further. Currently, Shopee’s Brand Membership is not being utilised to its full potential. Users are required to select brands that they want to be a member of which may cause confusion for users and missed opportunities for other brands. Apart from this, we also want to build more awareness on Shopee Mall by making the icons more visible on the main homepage.​​​​​​​
