TRUBADUR POCKETBOOKS
Last year the newly founded Trubadúr Kiadó (Trubadur Publishing House) commissioned me to design their logo, the layout for their new pocketbook series and the series' covers as well. It is planned to be a long term series that could potentially become a home-library for readers and the design had to be suitable for a wide range of titles from literature and philosophy to detective novels or even horror.
It was a massive task but the client gave me the necessary time and freedom to come up with something that I'm satisfied with and hopefully it grows to be a beloved series.
Currently we have around 25 published books and another 15 in the works.

Although the books are in Hungarian, I changed the titles and the authors' names to the English version for the presentation's sake.
The series has been longlisted for the 2023 World Illustration Award in the Book Cover category.
