Encerraicxs emerges as an autobiography or memoir of the 3 months of total lockdown we lived in Spain due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hand-drawn on paper with pencil, this 80 pages memoir was created to be posted on Instagram and communicate with others.
As only people with essential jobs or dogs were allowed out under exceptional conditions, I used that priviledge to portray what I was seeing in my short works with my dog. It also became a documentation of the political and mind set changes we were experiencing from a very personal point of view, as well as a drawn process of my own mental health process.
